End of Life Companion

Hello, my name is Kellie. I am a retired nurse who now specializes in holistic End of Life Care. From diagnosis to bereavement, I will help you understand the diagnosis, and attend medical appointments. I will help you fill out your POA, Advanced Directive, living wills, and more. Would you like to be an organ donor or have your body donated? I can assist with getting you Palliative Care and Hospice. Help with funeral planning such as a traditional funeral, or a home funeral. Traditional burial or cremation, or green burial. Would you like a living wake or traditional? Want to die by the ocean? While I can not get you there, I can help your environment "feel" like you are there.  And so much more. It sounds overwhelming but I can walk alongside you, and together, you can have more control over how you write the end of your story.
